Blackwood annual Easter Carnival is a "must do" country event organised as the towns major annual fund raising event by the Blackwood Progress Association.
The Blackwood Woodchop and Carnival increases in popularity each year attracting large crowds. Held on Easter Saturday each year in conjunction with the Easter Market, the carnival features the Midland Axeman, woodchoppers from all over Australia plus art and craft stalls.

All this and more makes for a truly fun day out for all the family. Not to be missed.
