Finally - a BUS SERVICE for BLACKWOOD

Attention: open in a new window. PDFPrintE-mail

A new trial bus service to Blackwood is to be launched on August 1. The service will start in Blackwood & run to Bacchus Marsh on Fridays to allow people to get there for shopping, appointments or to meet socially. The service will also allow people to connect with trains to Ballarat & Melbourne.

The Blackwood community has lobbied for a Friday shopper service for some time & it's great so see such a positive result. Moorabool Council hopes the community will find the service of great use & use it frequently.
